The DS3231 Mini RTC is a mini real-time clock module designed for Raspberry Pi, but it can also be used with Arduino. The DS3231 RTC IC can self-adjust to 3.3V and 5V. It provides battery backup for continuous timing and low-power consumption. It has complete clock functions, including seconds, minutes, hours, day, date, month and year timing, and it is valid until 2100.

It also has two calendar alarms, 1Hz and 32.768kHz output, reset output and input buttons debounced, and high-speed (400KHz) I2C serial bus.
