The Tilt Sensor Module contains a small conductive ball inside a cylindrical cavity. When the module is upright, the ball rests against two contact pins, completing the circuit and producing a LOW output. When tilted beyond the threshold angle, the ball rolls away from the contacts, breaking the circuit and producing a HIGH output.
